Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TIA and related services (the “Service”) provided by VTest Technologies (“VTest”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
TIA is an autonomous quality-assurance platform that crawls a target web application, generates and runs tests, analyzes failures, and supports a human-approved retest workflow. Features may evolve over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Access requires a valid Google Workspace account on a domain authorized by your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Your organization’s administrator may manage your access and permissions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will only use TIA to test applications you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You will not:
- Direct TIA to crawl, scan, or test any system without authorization from its owner.
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, or breach a third party’s terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to provide.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to test any target you configure.
4. Customer content & intellectual property
You retain all rights to the applications, repositories, documents, and other content you connect or upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software and design.
5. AI-generated output
TIA produces AI-generated test cases, scripts, and analysis. These are provided to assist your team and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and AI output does not constitute a guarantee of quality, coverage, or security.
6. Fees
Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented to you or set out in a separate order. Beta or trial features may be provided at no charge and may change or be withdrawn.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service and use it only as needed to fulfill these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect all defects or vulnerabilities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify VTest against claims arising from your Customer Content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including testing systems without authorization.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VTest Technologies is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
